No, we offer various gentle sleep training methods and will work with you to choose an approach that aligns with your parenting style and your child's temperament. Our goal is to find a method that both you and your child are comfortable with.
During the consultation, we'll discuss your current sleep challenges and help determine which package will best suit your family's needs. We'll explore your goals, concerns, and parenting style to recommend the most effective approach for your situation.
If you're struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps, early morning wakings, or bedtime battles, a sleep consultant can help. We're also here if you're simply looking to establish healthy sleep habits or transition from one sleep stage to another.
If your child becomes ill during our time working together, we'll pause the sleep training until they're feeling better. Your support period will be extended accordingly, ensuring you get the full benefit of our program.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you're not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of your initial consultation to discuss your concerns and possible solutions or refund options.
During your support period, you can message us through WhatsApp between 8am-8pm with questions or concerns. We aim to respond within 2 hours during these times to provide guidance and encouragement as you implement your sleep plan.
