Hi, I'm Niamh. As founder of Lullaby Sleep Solutions and mother of two, I bring over 10 years of childcare expertise and formal education in Early Childhood Studies to help families thrive.

We work with children from newbornto 4 years old. Every child is unique, so we create customised sleep plans tailored to your child's age, development stage, and specific sleep challenges.

How long does it take to see results?

How do I know if I need a sleep consultant?

If you're struggling with frequent night wakings, short naps, early morning wakings, or bedtime battles, a sleep consultant can help. We're also here if you're simply looking to establish healthy sleep habits or transition from one sleep stage to another.

What if my child is sick during the consultation period?

If your child becomes ill during our time working together, we'll pause the sleep training until they're feeling better. Your support period will be extended accordingly, ensuring you get the full benefit of our program.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you're not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of your initial consultation to discuss your concerns and possible solutions or refund options.

How is the WhatsApp support structured?

During your support period, you can message us through WhatsApp between 8am-8pm with questions or concerns. We aim to respond within 2 hours during these times to provide guidance and encouragement as you implement your sleep plan.
